The Event Production Awards has nominated Mansfields Design’s Focus RS reveal for the Best Brand Activation award. The category recognises the events that create the most buzz and that created a lasting impression.
Our aim for the Focus RS reveal was to create a lot of hype around the new car and to keep that going in the year-long build up, so it is a true testament to the hard work of Mansfields that almost a year later we are still being recognised for it.
Business Development Manager Kelsey Champion said: “We wanted the Focus RS Reveal to be one to remember and it seems we managed it! We’re very proud of all the work we do with Ford and are especially pleased with the RS reveal.”
Creative Director Paul Harrison, who worked on the event and the ongoing launch preparations, added: “We are delighted that the Focus RS reveal event created by Mansfields Design has been shortlisted for an Event Production Award. It was a great privilege for the Mansfields team to be selected by Ford of Europe to lead this project, and from the outset we wanted to achieve a spectacular end result that was much more than a “typical” car reveal, and that also paid tribute to Ford’s 47-year legacy of creating popular, exciting and technically significant performance vehicles worthy of carrying the acclaimed RS badge”
